Continuing Education
The College for Financial Planning prides itself on providing the highest quality Continuing Education (CE) courses. With over 100 topics ranging from ethics, fundamentals in financial planning, insurance, investments, tax, retirement, and estate planning, you can choose one course or take as many of the online CE courses as you need with our convenient CE OneSource®. Online CE courses range from 1 – 4 hours of credit with online testing, instant grading, and electronic reporting of CE credit to CFP Board. These courses are applicable towards the College’s designation CE requirements.
In addition to online courses, the College offers audio CE courses through its Financial Planning Perspective Series featuring the country’s top financial advisors. Podcasts are downloaded free of charge from iTunes. Click here for additional information including download links and online CE exam information. The Financial Planning Perspective Series online exams provide CFP Board-registered CE credit. These exams are also applicable toward the College’s designation CE requirements featuring the country’s top financial advisors.
Looking for advanced knowledge in today’s key areas, the College is proud to announce an all new series of Advanced Professional Development courses. These courses are developed by our expert faculty on the topics most requested by experienced financial planners. The Advanced Professional Development series are registered with CFP Board, NASBA, NJ State Board of Accountancy, TX State Board of Accountancy and are applicable towards the College’s designation CE requirements.
Many of the College's education programs also qualify for CE credit hours, required for CFP® certification, CPA and state insurance license renewal.
